How to Lose Weight Eating the summer Quickly and Stay Slim

Summer has finally arrived on our doorstep, this season very much appreciated by the vast majority of us allows us to work extensively on the outside, making renovations, gardening, make a good meal on the barbecue with friends, drinking a few drinks on a terrace, swimming, biking, playing outside with the children without being cold short, to enjoy the small joys of life.

The fear was also unfortunately to many people because it is synonymous with dress or swimsuit, bikini, beach, pool and dresses or short skirts. It's not everyone who is comfortable to walk in bikin before hundreds of strangers or play volleyball in little skimpy outfits because sometimes we have some small complex, this is the with cellulite thighs, arms too big and too strong, non-toned buttocks, breasts less firm, an unsightly belly, etc.

It is easier in some way to get fit, lose weight and eat better since the summer the outside temperature permits us but also because in times of great heat, the appetite is much less important. Many people say they eat less in summer because they feel less hungry but because they are busier than when they must stay in the house because of the low temperature.

So what should you eat the summer and things to avoid eating to lose weight faster to reuse this swimsuit so beautiful and be better about yourself, to slim the thighs, belly to lose weight, etc.

Eat More to Lose Weight Fast the Summer

Varying Fruits and Vegetables

What I really like the summer is that the variety of fruits and vegetables is larger and diverse than the winter because this particular food group grows more in the summer and it's not all countries living practically summer all year. Also, what is popular in this festive season is that fruits and vegetables are fresher because those we find in grocery stores (be sure to read and ask whether the fruits and vegetables come from there) fruit from your area, so they are necessarily cooler than they should cross many miles to the destination.

I love my garden myself because then I know that fruits and vegetables consumed come from me somehow, they are fresh, organic, and more profitable simply tastier (it's very rewarding to eat result of these efforts). The important thing, that you had a garden or a greenhouse is to vary the fruits and vegetables consumed. So not only will you discover new products, flavors and textures but it will also allow you to vary the vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.

In addition, the salads are especially popular during the summer because they are lightweight, easy and quick to prepare, tastes great and is refreshing. However if you take a salad at a restaurant in the belief that you will lose weight, think again! In fact, the salads at the restaurant are the vast majority of times more calories than a burger or a slice of pizza and some fries. The dressing used, croutons, cheese added, bacon bits, oil or mayonnaise that we find seasonings are high in fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, calories and sugars, which promotes weight loss. It would be preferable if you are (on) a bit of salad dressing on the side to ask, to make homemade salad dressings, fat or lean, to seek to put the bacon and cheese in hand, prefer to oil Olive, to request fresh herbs, etc.

Eat Cereal Products 100% Whole Grain

Grain products (breads, pasta, rice, cereals) are also popular during the summer especially when we think of hot dogs and burgers so delicious when cooked on the barbecue. It's not that it's not healthy to eat hot dogs or hamburgers during the summer, it is rather the quality of the ingredients that make this meal can be just healthy and nutritious. I recently tried a hamburger legumes, I know many people are now tanks but if you would taste, you probably will not be realized that this was not ground beef but black beans. By choosing lean meats and breads from 100% whole grain, you can turn a simple traditional hamburger containing at least 300 calories and over 30g of fat for a veggie burger that contains less than 150 calories and less than 2g of fat.

When purchasing grain products in the markets, it is important that you take those 100% whole grain or wheat, this is the bread, pasta or brown rice 100% whole wheat. This will help you lose weight faster during the summer because grain products 100% whole grains are richer in dietary fiber as breads and pasta made from white flour or enriched flour, which reduces hunger very quickly and increase satiety, reduce food cravings and snacking between meals, to promote intestinal transit and therefore reduce energy intake weight loss will follow.

As for salads cold / warm or hot pasta (cold pasta salads are excellent to eat during the summer), it is important here to eat pasta (spaghetti, macaroni, etc. ..) 100 % whole grain or wheat for a maximum of dietary fiber. In terms of additions that you will make on the inside, instead of just putting the tomato sauce, add a wide variety of vegetables and lean protein. This may for example be a spaghetti with seafood sauce parma-rosa (dehydrated sauce you just add milk), mushrooms, peppers, broccoli and grated mozzarella or macaroni with a low-fat mayonnaise or fat-free, cubes of ham to less than 2% fat, red and green pepper, onion, zucchini, celery and julienne of carrots.

Lean meats and Light

When we think of summer, we think mainly famous steaks on barbecus and it is true that it is simply delicious but wants better prefer lean cuts of meat like sirloin steak, filet mignon or the cons mesh that contains fewer calories and fat than other cuts of meat. Red meat is very tasty on the grill but it is important to eat red meat or cuts of lean red meats such as roasts, pork tenderloin, filet mignon, etc.. If you have large pieces of meat like a roast or a roast, nothing prevents you to cook on the grill, in fact, get him back on all surfaces until there is a nice color then put it in a dish on the stovetop or in the foil until desired doneness.

Other meats are lean, light and delicious on the grill as the chicken (do not eat the skin because that's where the fat is present), fish (cooked on the grill directly if they are not too thin and fragile if not cooked in a foil packet with aluminum foil), ham less than 2% fat, seafood, kebabs, eggs, etc.. Moreover, even if we do not always think, legumes are meat alternatives very healthy because they are low in fat, calories and rich in dietary fiber as well as protein. We can crush them with a pillar (like making mashed potatoes) or a fork and then mold them to a sausage or a cake as is the case of hot dog sausages and patties for burgers.

Dairy

When we think of dairy products that are consumed during the summer, thinking particularly of the soft ice cream, sherbet or frozen yoghurt. It is true that these foods are quite delicious and refreshing taste but they are still high in calories, sugars, trans fat, cholesterol and fat. The products are naturally very healthy for health but only if well chosen as the yoghurts and dairy products (chilled or frozen) to less than 2% fat and no added sugar and cheese less than 20% fat as goat cheese, mozzarella, cottage, etc..

Dairy products are refreshing in the summer and they are light, I mean they do "stuff" not like a big steak for example. To be able to eat ice cream in the summer without feeling guilty or fat, it would be to prefer ice cream skimmed, reduced fat, reduced sugar or no sugar added. For frozen yogurt, prefer those that are made from real yogurt, less than 2% fat and no added sugar or you can freeze yogurt by inserting a wooden stick for example to have a healthy popsicle and nutritious.

The cheeses are also enjoyable to eat during the summer as they bring freshness and flavor to meals, for example you can broil the vegetables, add to your homemade sauces, consume as a snack with reasons, put in Cold salads, etc..

Bills in Bold

Many foods are rich in fats as is the case of salmon, trout, tuna, olive oil and olives. It does not consume more margarine, butter or oil to allow more room for healthy fats such as these. Not only are these healthy fats but they also help lower your bad cholesterol, increase your good cholesterol, lower risk of cardiovascular disease and give a lot of energy.

However, since the fats are also high in calories, limit the consumption of good fats to 2 c.à.soupe (olive oil) per day.

Eat More Fish and Legumes

According to the dietary recommendations of the Canadian Food Guide, we should consume more than 2 meals per week of fish and legumes to eat a more balanced and healthy but also to promote weight loss. Unfortunately, too many people do not consume enough fish and legumes every week to allow more room to red meats, sausages and other fatty meats and low nutrient.

Summer is in my opinion the best season to eat more fish and legumes because they are substitutes and lean meats, light, that can be eaten cold or warm and is preparing in different ways. You can cook on the grill, add them to salads, soups or cold soups, your sandwiches, omelets, etc.. The time when you serve the fish with rice and steamed vegetables, try and discover new recipes excellent and appreciated by everyone.

Drink Lots of Water

We know that the summers generally become more and more these days and when it's hot, we sweat more, we lose more water and we also salivate more. This makes our fluid requirements increase when the temperature is relatively warm enough outside and that is why it is essential to drink minimum to 6 glasses of water every day but if you are a fairly active during the summer, then you should drink water in larger quantities and more frequently. This will allow you to avoid the adverse effects of dehydration but also to give your body all the vitamins and minerals that you lose when sweating, cool quickly, promote bowel movement (bowel movements) and weight loss.

Some would say it's ugly to drink water in its natural state because it tastes almost nothing but you can add all sorts of things in your water as lemon juice, apple wedges, pear, d orange, pineapple chunks, grapes cut in half and let flavor your water for a few hours. So when you go to get water, it will taste slightly fruit you add moisturizer while you and all that calorie-free.

My Personal Opinion

On the contrary, I find that my appetite increased slightly during the summer because I'm more active every day playing in my flowers, working in the garden or outside the house, mowing the lawn, etc. ... However, it is true that my appetite changes during the summer, what I mean is that I did not much feel like simmered, pasta or traditional large meals during the winter. I much prefer to eat small healthy snacks, light and nutrients more often and eat less "heavy" meals but still eat light, healthy and refreshing as a chickpea salad with green salad, slices of toasted baguette and frozen yogurt for dessert house.

I'm not saying this happens to everyone, many people find they are less hungry in summer than in winter but still, the important thing is to eat healthy, balanced and refreshing, eating more fish, legumes, cereal products 100% whole grains, dairy products skimmed or low fat and no added sugar, eat lots and a variety of fruits and vegetables, preferring consumption good fat, to avoid eating fried foods, breaded or processed and drink plenty of water daily.
